Bharat Arun appointed Kolkata Knight Riders bowling coach

Former India bowling coach Bharat Arun has been appointed in the identical place by Kolkata Knight Riders forward of the upcoming fifteenth version of the IPL.

Arun, a medium-pacer who performed two Tests and 4 ODIs between 1986 and 1987, brings with himself appreciable teaching expertise, having had two stints with India’s nationwide aspect – first from 2014 to 2015, after which from 2017 until the tip of the T20 World Cup in 2021.
Before that, he was a part of the India group which received the Under-19 World Cup in 2012, and has additionally been part of the teaching employees on the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru, apart from being with India’s home groups Tamil Nadu and Bengal.

His time with Knight Riders is not going to be the primary time within the IPL. He spent three seasons – 2015 to 2017 – with Royal Challengers Bangalore as their bowling coach earlier than he grew to become a part of the India set-up.
