Hackers likely used software administration rights of third party to hit Ukrainian sites, Kyiv says – Times of India


KYIV: Hackers who launched strikes in opposition to Ukrainian authorities web sites seem to have used the software program administration rights of a 3rd celebration firm that developed the websites, a high Ukrainian safety official advised Reuters on Friday.
