France warns two British fishing boats in its waters in wake of Brexit

France gave verbal warnings to 2 British boats that had been fishing in waters off its port of Le Havre, the federal government mentioned on Thursday, as rigidity simmers between the neighbors over post-Brexit preparations.

The French maritime ministry mentioned it gave the warnings in a single day to the 2 boats, one in all which was re-directed to the French harbor. It added that the boat’s captain risked authorized motion and confiscation of its catch.
