Man shot dead in Sydney’s southwest

A person has been killed in Sydney’s second lethal capturing this week.

Police arrived in Knox Street, Belmore, within the metropolis’s southwest early on Saturday to discover a man with gunshot wounds to his torso.

Paramedics handled the person, believed to be in his 20s, however died on the scene. He is but to be formally recognized.

The avenue stays closed to visitors whereas detectives examine. It’s not but identified if the capturing is gang-related.

The incident is the third deadly capturing in current weeks and comes solely days after two Comanchero bikies had been gunned down at a western Sydney health club.

Omar Zahed, 39, was killed and his brother, Comanchero bikie boss Tarek Zahed, 41, was critically wounded on the Body Fit health club in Auburn on Tuesday evening.
