New trial date set for Bruce Lehrmann

The delayed trial of Bruce Lehrmann, who’s charged with allegedly raping Brittany Higgins, will now occur in October.

His trial within the ACT Supreme Court was supposed to start out on June 27 however was delayed on Tuesday amid a recent spherical of public commentary after Network 10 journalist Lisa Wilkinson received a Logie award for her interview with Higgins in regards to the allegations.
